Sarah has a Master of Global Law (University of Sydney), and also a Bachelor of Arts (University of Sydney), a Bachelor of Laws (University of Technology Sydney) and has been admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales. Her area of interest and expertise is international law, human rights law, and global health issues. Sarah was a 2011-2012 IOCWHI intern, she provided policy, research, project and administrative assistance to the organisation.
Sarah also recently completed internships at Amnesty International USA and the International Service for Human Rights in New York. Sarah has worked at the UTS Centre for Cardiovascular and Chronic Care as a research assistant and project officer for over two years where her activities focused on women’s health, social determinants of health, Indigenous health and health policy. Currently Sarah is a Program Manager within the International Programs Unit, at the Australian Human Rights Commission.
